Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Identify new AI market opportunities and assess competitive landscape for disruptive innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate AI capabilities across all business units
- Represent FutureWorks at global tech forums and industry conferences as an AI thought leader
- Oversee R&D investments in next-gen AI domains including quantum computing integration
- Ensure ethical AI governance frameworks align with evolving regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in executive strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ revenue
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, generative AI, and quantum computing
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Experience scaling AI teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
- Strong understanding of global AI regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US NIST AI RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex AI concepts to stakeholders
