Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Experience scaling AI solutions in Fortune 100 environments
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures and LLM deployment
- Proven track record of ethical AI implementation
- Certification in AI governance frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF)
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent research experience
