Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Published research in Nature or IEEE on transformer architectures
- Proven success in scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Expertise in federated learning and quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Certified in AWS AI/ML and Google Cloud Vertex AI
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent breakthrough innovations
