Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying key technological milestones and emerging trends for the next 3-5 years.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of cutting-edge machine learning models, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and ethically sound.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives to translate future tech trends into actionable product strategy and operational goals.
- Infrastructure Architecture: Design and manage the architecture of cloud-native AI infrastructure, optimizing for performance and reliability.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Computer Vision.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems that have impacted millions of users.
- Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
