Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year AI strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams of PhD researchers and ML engineers to pioneer breakthrough AI applications
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 clients to deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions
- Champion ethical AI frameworks and ensure compliance with emerging global regulations
- Drive innovation in quantum-AI hybrid systems and neuromorphic computing paradigms
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and Board of Directors quarterly
- Mentor next-generation AI talent through QuantumLeap's Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of deploying production-scale AI systems serving 10M+ users
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or equivalent industry impact
- Experience leading AI initiatives in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, energy)
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and AI-hybrid applications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
