Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Identify and assess high-potential AI use cases to drive efficiency and innovation across the enterprise.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure ethical AI deployment and compliance with evolving regulations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in for long-term initiatives.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership or management role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and NLP.
