Responsibilities
- Design AI ethics frameworks for 2026-era autonomous systems
- Lead quantum-safe AI development initiatives

- Mentor teams in emerging AI regulatory landscapes
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical AI by design

Qualifications
- 8+ years in AI/ML with 3+ in strategy or governance
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- Published work on AI ethics or responsible AI frameworks
- Experience with quantum computing fundamentals
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
- Proven track record in scaling AI teams
- Expertise in federated learning and differential privacy
