Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural networks for predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing solutions for enterprise clients
- Research and integrate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, photonic processors)
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum machine learning methodologies
- Develop patent-pending algorithms for real-time AI decision optimization
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years building production AI systems with quantum computing components
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI or quantum systems
- Experience leading $5M+ technology development projects
- Deep understanding of ethical AI implementation and bias mitigation
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (IBM/Qiskit preferred)
