Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to specific dietary restrictions.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping to ensure a safe environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to improve their quality of life.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team immediately.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Clean criminal record and excellent time management skills.
