Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) using company-provided equipment
- Assist with mobility transfers using provided mobility aids and safety equipment
- Monitor client health status and document observations using supplied monitoring tools
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer medications using provided dispensing systems
- Transport clients using company vehicles or mobility equipment
- Maintain clean and safe environment using supplied cleaning tools
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- New Mexico CNA certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with provided assistive equipment
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to assignments
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Ability to work independently with supplied equipment
