Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and specialized equipment (provided)
- Monitor vital signs and document client progress accurately
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Administer prescribed medications and assist with medical equipment
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized client environment
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- State-certified nursing assistant (CNA) or home health aide (HHA)
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical care tasks
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation (company vehicles provided for work)
- Background check and drug screen required
