Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and document vital signs accurately.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities.
- Help with mobility assistance and transfers to prevent falls.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to patient care.
- Communicate effectively with family members and medical staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- CNA or HHA certification is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to perform caregiving duties.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
