Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions under the supervision of a nurse.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA or PCA certification is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be patient, empathetic, and physically able to perform the duties of the role.
