Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Monitor and report changes in patient health and behavior to supervisors.
- Administer medications and remind residents to take prescribed medications.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- Current State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) license is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for caregiving.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to perform lifting and standing duties.
