Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide personal care and companionship to ensure the highest quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client's physical or mental condition to the care team.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification is preferred.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
