Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfer needs safely.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Administer medication reminders and document daily logs accurately.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Experience in home care or healthcare is a plus but not required.
