Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene as needed.
- Meal Assistance: Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with feeding if required.
- Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to reduce loneliness.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take their medications and assist with administration when certified.
- Household Support: Perform light housekeeping duties, laundry, and errands to ensure a safe living environment.
Qualifications
- Certification: Current CNA, CMA, or HHA certification is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in home care or healthcare is a plus.
- License: Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and empathy are essential.
