Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication management
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Monitor health status and document care notes accurately

- Perform light housekeeping and home safety assessments

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
