Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and daily living assistance to clients
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinator
- Maintain detailed care notes and documentation
- Follow care plans and maintain client confidentiality
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR/First Aid certification required (training provided if needed)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable vehicle
