Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and emotional support to elderly clients
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Maintain accurate care documentation and client records
- Implement customized care plans developed by our clinical team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- Physical ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers
