Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) using provided specialized equipment
- Assist with mobility transfers using lift systems and mobility aids
- Monitor vital signs and document client health status
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication management
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Engage clients in therapeutic activities and companionship
- Maintain clean and safe living environment using provided cleaning equipment
Qualifications
- State of Florida CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to operate medical equipment (lifts, mobility aids)
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds with provided equipment assistance
- Background check and drug test clearance required
