Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs per care plan
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Comprehensive documentation of care activities and client progress
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment
Qualifications
- Georgia Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and physically capable of assisting clients
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
