Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Companionship services including conversation, light housekeeping, and errand assistance
- Maintain accurate client records and communicate updates to care coordinators
- Follow strict safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Current Florida CNA certification or Home Health Aide certification
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
