Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with clinical procedures
- Perform vital signs, EKGs, and point-of-care testing
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate patient education and medication reconciliation
- Sterilize equipment and maintain exam room inventory
- Facilitate smooth patient flow through appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Active MA certification (CMA/RMA) and BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in cardiology or specialty practice
- Mastery of EHR systems (Epic preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
