Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers during procedures
- Administer medications and vaccines following clinical protocols
- Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing
- Maintain electronic health records (Epic EHR) with 100% accuracy
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure efficient clinic operations
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
- Order, stock, and manage inventory of medical supplies
Qualifications
- Active CMA or RMA certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in outpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification and phlebotomy skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
