Responsibilities
- Patient Assistance: Provide basic care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Vital Signs: Monitor and record patient vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all patients.
- Feeding & Mobility: Assist patients with meals and help with mobility and ambulation as needed.
- Documentation: Accurately complete clinical documentation and shift reports.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
