Your Role
As a CNA at our top Cleveland facility, you will play a vital role in the recovery and well-being of our patients. You will work closely with nurses and physicians to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility issues and transfers safely.
- Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to the nursing staff.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active Ohio CNA License required.
- CPR/BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
