Responsibilities
- Patient Care: Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Vital Monitoring: Regularly monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Documentation: Accurately update patient charts and medical records in a timely manner.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, families, and the nursing staff to ensure comprehensive care.
- Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid and current CNA certification in the State of California.
- Training: Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPR certification.
- Experience: Prior experience in a home health or hospital setting preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassion: Genuine empathy and patience when working with vulnerable populations.
