Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) with high accuracy.
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and medical staff to coordinate patient care plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist with dietary needs and medication reminders as directed by medical staff.
- Maintain a sterile, safe, and organized environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or state certification required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to flexible shift schedules.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
