Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff and physicians promptly.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patient care.
Qualifications
- Current state certification as a CNA (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Enrollment in an accredited CNA training program is a plus for entry-level candidates.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented demeanor.
