Responsibilities
- Provide patient care assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Document patient observations accurately

Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
