Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance)
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health status
- Assist with medication administration under nurse supervision
- Transport residents safely using proper equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare team for resident care plans
- Maintain clean, organized resident environments
- Support emotional well-being through companionship
Qualifications
- Current WA State CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Background clearance and TB test clearance
- Compassionate approach to elderly care
