Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs, health status, and dietary needs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Administer medications and treatments as per care plans and state regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure resident safety and wellbeing
- Maintain clean and organized resident living spaces
- Respond promptly to resident requests and emergencies
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
