Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document observations accurately in resident records
- Assist with daily living activities and medication administration under supervision
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a safe, clean environment following infection control protocols
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
