Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.Assist nurses with medical procedures and treatments.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.Previous experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred.
