Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support

Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year professional experience in home health or long-term care

- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
