Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support nurses with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and electronic health records
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work day/evening/weekend shifts
