Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living activities.
- Report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the Registered Nurse immediately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care records.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required in the state of Kentucky.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
