Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in assisted living and home health settings
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document care accurately in patient records
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Support patients with cognitive impairments and dementia care

Qualifications
- Active North CNA license required
- Minimum 6 months experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Background check and drug screen clearance
