Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist patients with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
