Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain accurate resident records and care documentation
- Support residents with cognitive impairments using person-centered care approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized care plans
- Ensure a clean, safe, and stimulating environment for residents
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing assistant experience
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Passionate about senior care and committed to dignity-driven service

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
