Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support nursing staff with clinical procedures and medication reminders
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Report changes in patient condition to clinical team promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care providers
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
