Responsibilities
- Provide basic bedside care to patients in accordance with established nursing care plans.
- Take and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patient health status and report changes or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas or activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
