Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized assistance in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Accurately monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care provided
- Collaborate seamlessly with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance patient wellbeing
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
Qualifications
- Active Tennessee CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care or long-term experience
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Compassionate approach with strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
