As a CNA, you'll be the heart of our care team, ensuring dignity and comfort for every resident while growing your healthcare career.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Monitor and document vital signs and resident observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and rehabilitation exercises
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Support nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months long-term care experience
- BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Flexibility for rotating shifts (weekends/holidays)
