Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning to ensure patient comfort
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Administer basic treatments under RN supervision
Qualifications
- Current North CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of CNA experience in a clinical setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Passion for patient-centered care during overnight shifts
- Reliable transportation to/from facility
