As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients while working in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration rate) and report abnormalities to the nursing supervisor.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in compliance with facility standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all residents.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the State of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in long-term care or acute care settings preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and families.
- Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
