Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities using proper techniques
- Support patients with daily living activities and hygiene routines
- Communicate patient observations and needs to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Document care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Valid Tennessee CNA certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Reliable transportation to varied shift locations
