Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and repositioning patients
- Support daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Report changes in patient condition promptly
Qualifications
- Active Illinois CNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
