Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document resident changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ensure resident safety
- Support medication administration under supervision
- Maintain clean, sanitized resident environments
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team
- Participate in team huddles and continuous training programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior CNA experience necessary – we train you!
- Current Georgia CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Georgia driver's license preferred
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required
